Operation THunderjoy
Operation Thunderjoy matches the families in our school that need the most with families who are in a position to help on the holiday season.
Last year we helped 54 families and our goal this year is to help just as many.

What to expect:
- Complete the donor sign-up form by 10/25/24, the sooner the better
- Donor/family match emails with wish lists will be sent starting 11/1/24
- Wrapped and labeled gift drop-off can begin as early as 12/2/2024
- Last day of gifts drop-off 12/18/24
About our school
Travis Heights Elementary is an innovative, inclusive and resilient neighborhood school for more than 500 students, two-thirds of which are living below the poverty line. Home to one of the largest refugee and immigrant populations in Austin ISD, we are rich in culture, but many of our families lack basic necessities. We work with many partners to provide aid to these families.
