AISD Volunteer registration
THES volunteers must create an account and complete a background check through the new AISD Voly platform.
This process is required for all volunteers including lunch monitors, field trip chaperones, and SchoolPool carpool program participants. The process can take a couple of weeks, especially at the beginning of the school year.
Note: The process is free. Background checks do not check immigration status and information provided is not shared with other agencies.

Tasks may include answering phones, walking kids to class, monitoring security cameras to allow access, checking in parents and visitors, filing, and making copies.
