PBL DINNER TICKETS

The Travis Elementary School (THES) PTA and Emmer & Rye Hospitality cordially invite you to attend a hands-on, food science themed evening at Ezov to raise money for Project Based Learning (PBL) materials, teacher training and other program needs. 

Named after the Hebrew name for hyssop, one of the main ingredients in the spice blend za'atar, Ezov celebrates the markets of the Eastern Mediterranean and the bounty of Texas. Awarded the Michelin Recommends in 2024, the menu is designed to share and changes with the season, focusing both on classics and twists. 

Expect to mix cocktails, learn how Eastern Mediterranean and Texas flavors combine to formulate exciting flavors, taste unique Middle Eastern wines that complement the food and perhaps create something of your own. Meet and mingle with the Travis Heights Elementary School community. This is an event you do not want to miss!
